Our Commitment To A Fair Purchase Experience
Arthur Kenworthy wants every customer to receive the correct edition of Karst Violet in the condition and format described at purchase. Refund, replacement, and cancellation options depend on whether the order involves a digital product or a physical book.
Digital Books And Downloads
Because digital products can usually be accessed immediately, completed digital purchases are generally nonrefundable after the download link, file, or reading access has been delivered. Exceptions may be considered when:
- The customer is charged more than once for one purchase
- The supplied file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- The wrong digital product is delivered
- A refund is required under applicable consumer law
If a technical problem occurs, please contact us with the order details and a description of the issue. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide a working replacement file before a refund is considered.
Physical Book Orders
If physical editions are offered, contact us within seven days of delivery when an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when appropriate.
An eligible claim may result in:
- A replacement copy
- A refund to the original payment method
- Another reasonable solution agreed upon with the customer
Ordinary signs of handling, minor colour variations, or damage occurring after delivery may not qualify.
Cancellations And Delivery Issues
Cancellation requests should be submitted before a physical order enters fulfilment or shipment. Once processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. If an order is lost or substantially delayed, contact us so the shipment can be reviewed.
